The service was truly fantastic!

Great quality items. Arrived on schedule and wrapped up nicely. Showed up right on time.

Here's the deal...

First off, major props to Daniela. They’ve got a real gem in their team.

We got the Jessica Cover along with the Giussepina comforter.

The beach-themed cover is simply fantastic; the fabric feels super soft and it’s genuinely cotton. No more annoying sparks and lights at night for me. We did run into a small hiccup since two pillowcases were missing, but when we reached out, they got back to us pretty quickly, to be honest.

Now, about the Giusepina Comforter. It’s gorgeous, but I gotta say, it’s on the heavier side. The quality is top-notch, but just remember, you’re getting a lovely yet hefty comforter.

If I could rate Home and Tower lower than one star, I definitely would. I bought a bedspread for $297. Since I travel for work, I was away when the package showed up. When I finally got the package from my apartment's mail room, I was not thrilled with how it appeared (it looked way better in the photos). When I tried to send it back, I found out their return policy states no returns after 5 days of delivery, but I could return it for a 20% restocking fee. There was absolutely nothing mentioned online during the ordering process about this 5-day return window?? In the end, it cost me $74, which is more than that supposed 20% fee. I will never purchase anything from Home and Tower again. A decent company would clearly inform customers in bold letters during checkout that you only have 5 days to return if you're not satisfied.

It took a bit for my package to show up, but it was packed really well to keep my beautiful super king set safe.

The communication with the drivers was top-notch. They reached out to me to let me know when to expect the delivery. They were attentive to my requests and dropped off the vanity in the garage just like I wanted. Super friendly and helpful, they even hung around while I took a quick look at the unit. Awesome service!

Before I made my purchase, I asked about the product and it seems like the info I got was off. Losing more than a hundred bucks for a restocking fee is just absurd. The item I bought was way too expensive and felt poorly made.

I got the Jessica Duvet 10 piece set because the original one I had was too small. I went for a King size, and they were super helpful with a speedy delivery of the Super King. I’m totally in love with this duvet set; the fabric is silky soft and looks just like it does online. This company is fantastic to work with, and I can definitely recommend them. They’ve got some really unique stuff that I haven’t seen anywhere else in Australia. Oh, and I’m a big fan of their tapware too!

It's been nearly half a year since I got the Light of Tree lamp, and it still looks brand new. I was really impressed with how quick the delivery was, which is not what you usually expect from these newer online shops. After that, I picked up the compass of life, another stunning smart lamp, and the quality was even better. EXCELLENT.
